Requirements
- 5+ years in product management in B2B SaaS.
- Direct experience in enterprise or regulated-industry products.
- Demonstrated hands-on operational integration of AI tools in daily PM workflows.
- Track record of designing and operating product processes.
- Ability to work in a PE-backed environment with a focus on speed and ARR impact.
- Strong written communication skills for creating specifications and frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise content management or information governance (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI agent concepts, MCP integrations, or LLM-grounded architectures (preferred).
- Background in organizational design, process improvement, or lean product operations (preferred).
- Exposure to FedRAMP or compliance contexts (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain the end-to-end AI-First product management lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and iteration.
- Own the tooling stack, prompt libraries, agent configurations, and workflow automation for the PM team.
- Build and operate scalable discovery pipelines for customer signal aggregation and insight routing.
- Define AI-First PM competencies and build learning infrastructure to close capability gaps.
- Instrument PM operations by tracking metrics like cycle times, rework rates, and discovery quality.
- Report operational metrics to the VP of Product Management and propose structural process improvements.
