Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including a few years in ML, AI, or algorithmic decisioning.
- Ability to work closely with Data Science and Engineering teams on model objectives and technical requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation and data-driven optimization.
- Technical fluency in data pipelines, model inputs/outputs, model evaluation, and system constraints.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in highly strategic product areas.
- Strong stakeholder management skills for aligning teams with diverse goals.
- Structured, outcome-oriented approach to product discovery and delivery.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered steering capabilities.
- Translate vision into product problems, business requirements, decision domains, and measurable success criteria.
- Partner with Data Science, Engineering, and Analytics teams to define model requirements, data inputs, and monitoring needs.
- Identify and prioritize high-value use cases for intelligent steering across the marketplace.
- Design product mechanisms for human-in-the-loop control.
- Validate recommendations through experimentation to de-risk automation.
- Define and track product KPIs and model-impact metrics.
