Requirements
- Demonstrable experience building autonomous AI skills, agents, or workflows using tools like Claude.
- Ability to own complex problems end-to-end with minimal guidance.
- Strong quantitative background or degree in engineering, maths, physics, CS, or related field.
- Proven track record of measurable, quantified operational outcomes.
- Proficiency in building systems, automations, dashboards, or playbooks.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Nice-to-have: Experience with E-commerce, logistics, 3PL, or supply-chain operations.
- Nice-to-have: Proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, or no-code tools like Make, Zapier, Retool, and Airtable.
- Nice-to-have: Experience managing external partners or vendors against SLAs.
- Nice-to-have: Experience mentoring or managing small teams.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile daily data across the Bezos platform, WMS, and operations dashboards to identify and resolve order exceptions.
- Monitor and hold warehouse and carrier partners accountable to established SLAs.
- Build tools, automations, and Claude skills to replace manual tasks and enable team scalability.
- Resolve operational support tickets, perform root cause analysis, and implement upstream fixes.
- Manage a portfolio of partners, including performance reviews and invoice reconciliation.
- Drive and report on key company OKRs such as despatch rate, contact rate, or resolution time.
