Requirements
- Degree in a quantitative discipline (engineering, maths, physics, CS, economics, finance, or quant-social-science).
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills with experience handling raw data and spreadsheets.
- Ability to build a working Claude skill or AI agent.
- Demonstrable reliability, including meeting deadlines and delivering clean work.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Coachability and ability to learn new tools or processes quickly.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in startup environments.
- Experience with Python, SQL, Make, Zapier, Retool, or Airtable is a plus.
- Previous internship or work experience in consulting, banking, operations, or e-commerce is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily cross-system reconciliation to identify and resolve missing, stuck, or mismatched orders.
- Manage operational support tickets and handle timely, accurate invoice creation for sellers and partners.
- Build and maintain Claude skills and automations to reduce repetitive manual work.
- Perform operational checks independently to maintain system flow.
- Identify and drive incremental improvements to existing operational tools and processes.
