Requirements

  • Proven experience in hardware deployment at scale.
  • Experience in connected vehicle, telematics, fleet IoT, or onboard technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record in project and program coordination.
  • Power-user proficiency with project tracking tools like Asana, Monday, Smartsheet, or ClickUp.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira.
  • Strong track record in vendor management, including reading SOWs and holding third parties accountable.
  • Professional customer-facing experience with the ability to lead kickoffs and training sessions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage 20-50 active project threads.
  • Comfort working in a high-growth environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hardware customer engagements from order placement through go-live and stabilization.
  • Schedule and coordinate installs with customers, vendors, and third-party installers to ensure site readiness and validation.
  • Deliver or coordinate customer training for all hardware deployments.
  • Hold hardware vendors accountable for lead times, install quality, and SLA adherence.
  • Place, track, and reconcile hardware orders to confirm pricing and delivery.
  • Maintain high-visibility reporting on deployment statuses, vendor performance, and customer escalations.
  • Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with hardware expertise, training, and pitch materials.
  • Manage pre-sales solutions consulting and pilot project execution.
