Job Details

7+ years of experience in engineering operations, engineering management, program management, or product operations.
Strong hands-on experience administering Jira and Confluence, including workflows, automations, dashboards, permissions, and reporting.
Proven ability to design and maintain scalable SDLC processes in real-world environments.
Experience working directly with technical teams to resolve workflow and delivery challenges.
Strong understanding of Agile, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models.
Experience building advanced Jira automations (branching logic, conditional workflows).
Familiarity with Productboard administration and Jira/Productboard integrations.
Excellent documentation, communication, and training skills.
Experience consolidating tools and processes following acquisitions is preferred.
Experience implementing AI-based operational automation solutions is highly valued.
Background in software development, QA, DevOps, or SRE is considered an advantage.

Implement, maintain, and improve SDLC processes across a portfolio of software applications.
Configure and manage Jira projects, issue structures, workflows, permissions, and automation rules.
Serve as the primary administrator for Jira and Confluence to ensure scalable system performance.
Design and optimize workflows supporting planning, development, testing, and release management.
Build automation solutions to reduce manual work and increase operational visibility.
Configure and maintain Productboard structures, integrations, and roadmaps.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and improve processes using data-driven insights.
Support the onboarding and standardization of tools for newly acquired engineering teams.
