Responsibilities
- Manage the transfer of telephone numbers between carriers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Handle porting-related requests and customer inquiries.
- Support number purchasing, Caller ID setup, and A2P 10DLC SMS registration.
- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external carriers to resolve issues.
- Identify data patterns and contribute to process improvements over time.
