  • Handle porting-related requests and customer inquiries.
  • Support number purchasing, Caller ID setup, and A2P 10DLC SMS registration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external carriers to resolve issues.
  • Identify data patterns and contribute to process improvements over time.
