Requirements
- Hands-on Zuora Billing experience including product catalog management, SKU configuration, workflow automation, subscription amendments, and reporting.
- Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, with exposure to the Zuora for Salesforce connector or CPQ.
- Strong grasp of SaaS subscription billing concepts including ARR, MRR, proration, amendments, and co-terming.
- Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes and handoffs between Sales, Finance, and Systems.
- Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Zuora Billing, including product catalog management, pricing, subscriptions, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Manage and troubleshoot the Salesforce–Zuora integration to ensure accurate data flow across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
- Improve billing operations through automation, process enhancements, and data quality initiatives.
- Partner closely with Finance to support billing accuracy, revenue recognition, forecasting, and month-end activities.
- Resolve complex billing system issues and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Finance teams.
- Analyze billing data, monitor system performance, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
