Requirements
- Advanced degree in health policy, public policy, healthcare management, public health, or related field (with 8-10 years experience) or undergraduate degree (with 12+ years experience).
- Current or considerable previous consulting experience, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare provider sectors.
- 5+ years of management and supervisory experience with proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Deep knowledge of life sciences business development, evidence interpretation, and value communication.
- Proven track record of leading healthcare research studies across the life sciences ecosystem.
- Significant project management experience, including interacting with and presenting to senior-level executives.
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills for professional business communication.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to establish personal credibility as an RWE expert.
Responsibilities
- Lead business development initiatives to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Act as a Project Lead or Executive Sponsor to oversee project execution and team management.
- Manage client deliverables, including protocols, evaluation plans, manuscripts, posters, and presentations.
- Develop and execute project plans, including RFP writing, vendor selection, budget management, and timeline oversight.
- Conduct mixed-methods research and develop strategic plans supporting patient access and value-based outcomes.
- Build and implement RWE (Real World Evidence) generation strategies in a matrixed environment.
- Present research findings to diverse stakeholder groups and senior executives.
