Requirements

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in strategic alliances, channel management, or business development.
  • Experience within the healthcare or benefits ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of building and influencing relationships with senior executive leaders at national consulting or brokerage firms.
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic accounts at a national or enterprise level.
  • Deep understanding of benefits consulting dynamics.
  • Ability to translate firm-level advocacy into measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
  • High-level executive presence and communication skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a history of generating net-new pipeline and improving win rates.

Responsibilities

  • Build trust-based relationships with benefits consultants at the national and global level.
  • Drive advocacy among senior leaders across specialty practices to champion Spring Health.
  • Partner with sales, channel partnerships, and internal teams to support pipeline and bookings goals.
  • Work with Product Marketing to create targeted sales tools and educational materials.
  • Represent the company at national conferences and events to build brand presence.
  • Liaise with sales, product, and customer success teams to align strategy with consultant insights.
  • Provide competitive intelligence and market insights to inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with partners to meet annual revenue targets.
