Requirements

- Strong capabilities in strategic planning, negotiations, and account leadership.
- Experience structuring complex commercial agreements.
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Outstanding communication, executive presence, and relationship-building ability.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, remote environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, digital health, or regulated industries (preferred).
- Advanced degree such as MBA, MPH, or JD (preferred).
- Existing network within healthcare ecosystem partners (preferred).
- Experience launching multi-party partnerships or platform ecosystems (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with growth objectives.
- Identify high-value partnership opportunities across payers, employers, digital health platforms, and health systems.
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles from sourcing through negotiation and launch.
- Drive partner-sourced revenue growth and design joint go-to-market strategies.
- Own executive-level relationships with key partners and establish success metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, clinical, and legal teams.
