Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, partnership development, business development, strategic growth, sales leadership, or higher education.
- Strong Christian commitment and adherence to the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.
- Demonstrated success in leading teams responsible for strategic partnerships and growth initiatives.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
- Experience using AI-powered tools for research, workflow optimization, and data analysis.
- Strong project management skills and ability to operate independently.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Expansion Partnership Executive team, providing direction and performance management.
- Develop and execute strategic partnership expansion plans across priority verticals including business, military, and workforce development.
- Utilize CRM, data analytics, and AI-powered tools to optimize lead generation, market research, and outreach effectiveness.
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with organizational leaders to create pathways for institutional growth.
- Collaborate with university leadership, enrollment, and academic teams to align partnership activities with institutional priorities.
- Represent the university at key industry associations, conferences, and external events.
