Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience building relationships that translate into structured programs with revenue-driven objectives.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
- Ability to travel up to 15%, including some international travel.
- Proven experience in developing and securing strategic partnerships.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect market needs to revenue outcomes.
- Experience providing cross-functional leadership and direction to teams.
- Structured thinker able to move from idea to program delivery.
- Must be able to comply with attendance and timeliness policies.
- Flexibility to work outside typical 8am-5pm hours 1-2 times a week.
Responsibilities
- Develop and secure strategic partnerships with certification bodies, industry associations, and enterprises to create scalable training and certification pathways.
- Manage end-to-end partner relationships, including commercial terms, agreement structure, and performance outcomes.
- Translate partner and market needs into structured, commercially viable programs.
- Lead and provide direction to internal market-facing functions including Sales, Account Services, Marketing, and Community.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Operations to ensure efficient program delivery.
- Establish governance, systems, and reporting frameworks to support partnership performance and scalability.
- Contribute at the senior leadership level to strategic planning and organizational alignment.
