Requirements
- Proven experience carrying and hitting a sales quota.
- Background in staffing, recruiting, professional services, or HR tech preferred.
- Strong closing abilities and comfortable with cold calling/hunting.
- Poise and credibility when interacting with senior-level decision makers like CHROs.
- Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline.
- Must reside in the Los Angeles, Long Beach, or Orange County area.
- Ability to attend in-person local events regularly.
- Availability to travel within the US for industry events.
- Willingness to work exclusively on Mac hardware.
Responsibilities
- Own sales end to end, including prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing.
- Conduct research on companies and their leaders.
- Maintain professional relationships with HR leaders.
- Attend local HR groups, Chamber of Commerce, and industry events.
- Travel across the US for select industry events as needed.
- Manage the sales pipeline personally and transparently.
