Requirements
- 3-5 years of lending experience.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong conflict resolution, problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- High accuracy with strong attention to detail.
- Team-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
- Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and products (preferred).
- Knowledge of insurance and investment-based products (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret financial statements (personal and corporate) and other documentation related to loan applications.
- Review and approve loan transactions up to $1,000,000 within defined DLA.
- Recommend approval for complex loan transactions exceeding $1,000,000.
- Adjudicate security requirements on existing loan portfolios and review loans for satisfactory repayment history and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to risk, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, financial advisors, and staff via phone or email.
- Meet and exceed defined service level agreements.
