Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a management-related field.
- Five years of account management experience.
- Proven ability to successfully complete projects and initiatives.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional presence and confidence when interacting with senior leaders.
- Strong negotiation skills with a history of achieving results.
- Good understanding of financial concepts and business operations.
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good judgment and decision-making skills.
- Willing and able to travel by car and plane to meet clients and visit field operations.
- Proficiency in Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive).
Responsibilities
- Build strong, professional relationships with key contacts at assigned client companies, both at franchise and corporate levels.
- Coordinate with technicians, operations managers, support staff, and leadership to meet client goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and share relevant insights with clients.
- Manage contract renewals and handle price increases.
- Regularly consult with clients to understand their needs and improve service programs.
- Communicate professionally with key contacts, including senior executives.
- Complete and submit required weekly, monthly, and annual reports and administrative tasks.
