Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience owning a marketing channel, campaign, or function end-to-end.
- Strong experience managing a content calendar.
- Hands-on experience with partnership outreach and relationship management.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Ability to create and improve marketing content without relying on AI.
- Experience with website optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Understanding of lead qualification, lead scoring, and marketing funnels.
- Comfortable using HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Figma, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical thinking with an experimentation mindset.
- Self-driven, highly accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Available during IST working hours.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage SARAL's content strategy and editorial calendar.
- Collaborate with writers, SEO consultants, and internal stakeholders to publish high-quality content.
- Build and execute AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) initiatives.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships.
- Drive co-marketing campaigns, webinars, podcast sponsorships, and newsletter collaborations.
- Optimize website conversion through continuous CRO experiments.
- Improve lead qualification workflows, scoring, and funnel efficiency.
- Launch, measure, and iterate growth experiments across multiple acquisition channels.
- Track growth metrics, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
- Own projects from idea to execution while being accountable for business outcomes.
