Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or product marketing roles
  • Proven ability to own and scale a marketing function, channel, or campaign end-to-end
  • Strong experience in content strategy, editorial planning, and content creation
  • Hands-on experience in partnerships, outreach, and stakeholder relationship management
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to produce high-quality marketing content independently
  • Experience with website optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
  • Understanding of marketing funnels, lead qualification, and lead scoring systems
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using experimentation and data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Figma, and analytics platforms
  • Self-driven, highly accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment aligned with IST hours

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute end-to-end growth strategy across content, partnerships, website optimization, and experimentation initiatives
  • Develop and manage a structured content strategy and editorial calendar to drive awareness and inbound growth
  • Create, refine, and optimize marketing content while ensuring quality, clarity, and performance impact
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships including outreach, negotiation, and long-term relationship management
  • Drive co-marketing initiatives such as webinars, podcasts, newsletters, and collaboration campaigns
  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts across the website to improve funnel efficiency and lead conversion
  • Design and run growth experiments across multiple acquisition channels, tracking performance and iterating based on data
  • Improve lead qualification workflows, scoring systems, and overall funnel performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, SEO partners, and content contributors to ensure consistent execution
  • Own projects from ideation to execution, ensuring accountability for measurable business outcomes
