Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience.
  • At least 2 years selling software or technology solutions to parishes and Dioceses.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and craft customized solutions.
  • Expertise in consultative sales methodology and influencing at the C-suite level.
  • Skilled in contract negotiations and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical acumen to communicate software solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and penetrate high-potential Dioceses within the Catholic space.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders (50%+ travel required).
  • Leverage product knowledge to provide consultative selling and demonstrate software value for Dioceses and parishes.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing, including proposal development and contract negotiations.
  • Forecast sales opportunities and report on pipeline status to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure delivery of solutions and customer experience.
  • Maintain market intelligence regarding industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Drive revenue through new customer acquisition and business expansion within existing accounts.
