Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data analytics or analytics engineering, ideally within fintech, payments, crypto, or high-scale marketplaces.
- Proven track record of building and owning data infrastructure at scale, including pipelines and models.
- Deep expertise with dbt used in production environments.
- Strong experience managing ELT/ETL pipelines, with hands-on familiarity with Airflow or equivalent orchestration tools.
- Full mastery of SQL and strong Python proficiency.
- Hands-on experience designing and running experimentation programs, including A/B testing and causal inference.
- Experience deploying AI tools such as LLM-augmented pipelines or GenAI-assisted workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction and data strategy.
- Strong communicator capable of simplifying complex ideas for senior leadership.
- Degree in a field emphasizing analytical rigor such as software engineering, economics, or a hard science.
- Based in Canada, the US, the UK, or the EU.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a full-stack data analyst within the Growth team, owning the domain completely.
- Design and evolve dashboards, north star metrics, and analytical frameworks.
- Build and maintain data infrastructure at scale, including production-grade dbt models and pipelines.
- Lead experimentation by designing A/B testing frameworks and applying causal inference techniques.
- Influence technical direction and data strategy for the broader team.
- Embed AI tooling into workflows, including LLM-augmented pipelines and GenAI-assisted analytics.
- Deliver insights via data-driven storytelling to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
