Requirements

  • 3-5 years of customer-facing pre-sales or consulting background.
  • Associates degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent field), or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of Networking (IP, Arp, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, PoE, Ethernet, IEEE802.11) and Linux.
  • Basic knowledge of physical security, IP-camera placement, and drone technology.
  • Basic knowledge or curiosity of security, IPsec, InfoSec, and hacking tools.
  • Experience selling SaaS-based solutions.
  • Experience developing Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead business and technical presentations to IT departments and channel partners.
  • Provide 1st-level technical support throughout the pre-sales cycle.
  • Develop relationships with key partners to drive growth.
  • Respond professionally to customer RFPs and RFIs.
  • Manage the POC/Pilot process, including logistics, customer requirement assessment, and configuration.
  • Develop Statements of Work (SOW) for professional services.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
