Requirements
- 3-5 years of customer-facing pre-sales or consulting background.
- Associates degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent field), or 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of Networking (IP, Arp, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, PoE, Ethernet, IEEE802.11) and Linux.
- Basic knowledge of physical security, IP-camera placement, and drone technology.
- Basic knowledge or curiosity of security, IPsec, InfoSec, and hacking tools.
- Experience selling SaaS-based solutions.
- Experience developing Statements of Work (SOW).
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead business and technical presentations to IT departments and channel partners.
- Provide 1st-level technical support throughout the pre-sales cycle.
- Develop relationships with key partners to drive growth.
- Respond professionally to customer RFPs and RFIs.
- Manage the POC/Pilot process, including logistics, customer requirement assessment, and configuration.
- Develop Statements of Work (SOW) for professional services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
