Requirements
- 5+ years of experience implementing security in Linux-based infrastructures, AWS, and code.
- Experience building scalable security solutions.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of: penetration testing, threat modeling, code analysis, system hardening, distributed patching, or vulnerability scanning.
- Familiarity with hardening AI tooling to prevent security incidents.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency with open-source tooling, cloud environments, and multiple operating systems.
- Security certifications or equivalent real-world experience.
- Hacker mindset with a focus on problem-solving from an attacker's perspective.
- Demonstrated experience writing infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Responsibilities
- Manage internal security requests and provisioning while maintaining least privilege access principles.
- Oversee MDM system management and monitor security alerts.
- Conduct security reviews and assessments of new technologies, including tools, frameworks, and third-party providers.
- Triage and remediate vulnerabilities surfaced via penetration testing, static analysis, and automated alerts.
- Automate security processes and infrastructure management using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Participate in a shared on-call rotation for critical production security incidents.
- Maintain and update security documentation and training materials.
- Ensure secure software development lifecycle processes as the organization evolves.
