Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in a machine learning engineering role in a Product/SaaS company.
- Experience proposing and implementing automation initiatives with humans-in-the-loop.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product Managers and business functions.
- Experience in text, image, video, and audio understanding (highly desirable).
- Strong software development skills and hands-on coding experience.
- Demonstrated ability to guide technical vision for large projects.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and deploy AI-based solutions to automate content moderation and review of content.
- Work with diverse stakeholders to guide technical vision and manage the delivery of large projects.
- Design and develop software, collaborating closely with leads, designers, and product managers.
- Foster an impactful team culture through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and process improvements.
- Advocate for engineering needs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate within the team's domain.
- Coach team members and assist in navigating complex technical problems.
