Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior revenue-owning, hunter-expander enterprise sales role.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to read balance sheets and understand enterprise buying centers.
- Fluency in modern enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDPICC).
- Expertise in executive negotiation and managing complex procurement and security review processes.
- Deep understanding of AI business value, governance, and measurable ROI impact.
- Ability to lead high-stakes conversations with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver uncomfortable truths and challenge stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organizational judgment and emotional intelligence.
- Evidence of sustained high performance and long-term ownership of revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Own Expansion ARR and NRR across a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts.
- Proactively identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and new workflow opportunities.
- Manage a select number of new enterprise logos with long-term ARR potential.
- Lead executive-level conversations regarding AI value, governance, ROI, and outcomes.
- Navigate complex enterprise buying committees, including procurement, legal, and security reviews.
- Partner cross-functionally with Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Maintain high forecast integrity and accountability for revenue outcomes.
