Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B high-ticket sales, preferably selling agency services or consulting.
- Proven history as a top performer consistently hitting or exceeding quota.
- High energy with a commanding presence and excellent communication on Zoom.
- Competitive, coachable, and numbers-driven mindset.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Reputation for integrity and professionalism.
- 1+ year of Amazon FBA exposure is preferred but not required.
- Ability to overlap with U.S. EST/EDT hours.
Responsibilities
- Run scheduled discovery calls with qualified leads to diagnose, qualify, and set Brand Analysis calls.
- Lead technical Brand Analysis presentations to walk prospects through growth potential and close deals.
- Maintain a minimum 35% close rate on total qualified live meetings.
- Manage sales pipeline between calls including follow-ups and second calls.
- Maintain clean CRM data in Pipedrive and complete daily KPI reports.
- Participate in regular training and call reviews.
