Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B high-ticket sales, preferably selling agency services or consulting.
  • Proven history as a top performer consistently hitting or exceeding quota.
  • High energy with a commanding presence and excellent communication on Zoom.
  • Competitive, coachable, and numbers-driven mindset.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Reputation for integrity and professionalism.
  • 1+ year of Amazon FBA exposure is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to overlap with U.S. EST/EDT hours.

Responsibilities

  • Run scheduled discovery calls with qualified leads to diagnose, qualify, and set Brand Analysis calls.
  • Lead technical Brand Analysis presentations to walk prospects through growth potential and close deals.
  • Maintain a minimum 35% close rate on total qualified live meetings.
  • Manage sales pipeline between calls including follow-ups and second calls.
  • Maintain clean CRM data in Pipedrive and complete daily KPI reports.
  • Participate in regular training and call reviews.
