Requirements
- Direct experience in License Compliance (LC) or Anti-Piracy (AP) highly prioritized.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Sales or Legal sectors for those without direct LC/AP experience.
- Native or Professional Business Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel (or Google Sheets/SPSS).
- Strong internet research skills, including the use of search operators.
- Ability to handle objections, de-escalate tension, and prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Must currently reside in the Delhi NCR region.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for discussing legal and compliance concepts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate compliance and anti-piracy initiatives with clients and end-users.
- Analyze telemetry and investigation data to evaluate infringement trends.
- Maintain meticulous records in CRM systems to drive actionable reporting.
- Utilize open-source intelligence to develop new leads and verify unauthorized usage.
- Organize documentation to ensure consistent processes and workflow efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to meet business needs in an IP-protection environment.
