Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of corporate development experience (M&A or Capital Markets) OR 2 years of experience in Investment Banking (TMT or Infrastructure focus).
- Expertise in building complex, multi-year integrated financial models using Excel.
- Direct exposure to capital markets transactions (Debt or Equity).
- Understanding of capital structure optimization.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Ability to distill complex capital markets data into actionable insights for non-finance executives.
- Understanding of FTTH economics and CAPEX-intensive deployment models.
Responsibilities
- Own the development and annual refresh of GFiber’s 10-year integrated financial model.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to translate long-term strategic goals into detailed multi-year projections.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate potential acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
- Assist in evaluating funding strategies and executing financing activities, including debt issuances and credit facility management.
- Conduct rigorous financial modeling and perform deep-dive industry research into the telecommunications sector.
