Requirements
- 5–10+ years experience as a principal or partner at a top-tier VC fund, sovereign wealth fund, family office, or active syndicate lead.
- Demonstrable direct GP relationships with the ability to secure responses from 20+ partners within 24 hours.
- Recent history of receiving unsolicited co-invest opportunities from GPs within the last 90 days.
- Strong understanding of SPV mechanics, co-investment terms, and early-to-mid stage round economics.
- Ability to communicate the strategic value of the Inflection Club ecosystem to GPs.
- Cultural alignment with the venture capital ecosystem and the ability to operate autonomously.
- Ability to move fast and operate with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Activate existing relationships with partners, principals, and co-invest desks at top-tier seed-to-growth VC funds.
- Position Inflection Club as a preferred co-invest partner using the Decentralized Masters ecosystem as a strategic advantage.
- Surface 30–50 potential co-investment opportunities per quarter for the investment committee.
- Negotiate access, allocation size, and information rights for club members.
- Build supplementary relationships with placement agents, secondary marketplaces, and founder networks.
- Represent Inflection Club at relevant industry events and conferences.
