Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or a client-facing role.
  • Genuine interest in consumer electronics, home appliances, or premium technology brands.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, digital communication tools, and standard office software.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support in Dutch via telephone, email, and live chat, addressing enquiries related to Miele's premium consumer electronics and home appliance product range.
  • Assist Dutch-speaking customers with product guidance, including technical specifications, usage instructions, and troubleshooting for Miele consumer electronics devices.
  • Accurately log, track, and manage customer interactions and case resolutions using internal CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with technical support teams and internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide clear and knowledgeable information regarding warranties, product registrations, spare parts, and after-sales service options.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or product upgrades.
  • Uphold Miele's premium brand standards by delivering a courteous, empathetic, and solution-driven customer experience.
  • Contribute to team performance by meeting and exceeding individual KPIs and customer satisfaction targets.
