Responsibilities
- Provide support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding their travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers in the booking process and offer solutions to their travel-related questions
- Effectively resolve issues related to reservations, changes, or cancellations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our systems
- Collaborate with other teams to improve the overall customer experience
- Inform clients about travel options and services offered by Booking.com
- Gather customer feedback to drive service improvements
