Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Valid EU passport or EU citizenship.
  • Professional home workspace within Greece.
  • Reliable internet access.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive medical topics with empathy and professionalism.
  • Previous customer support or call center experience is preferred.
  • Interest in the medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Good working knowledge of English for internal communications and training.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, empathetic, and efficient customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, case notes, and resolutions within the CRM system.
  • Guide customers through medical product usage, prescription queries, and healthcare navigation processes.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive medical cases to internal departments or medical specialists.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical products and regulatory guidelines.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and confidentiality protocols, including GDPR compliance.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and quality assurance to improve service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators like CSAT, AHT, and first-contact resolution rates.
