Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written).
- Good working knowledge of English for internal communications and training.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate CRM platforms.
- Customer-first mindset with empathy and composure in challenging situations.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Suitable home working environment within Greece.
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or client-facing roles is advantageous.
- Experience within the energy industry or utilities sector is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking Eneco customers, handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with questions related to energy contracts, tariff plans, billing statements, and account management.
- Guide customers through sustainable energy products and services, including solar panel solutions, smart meters, and green energy packages.
- Accurately log all customer interactions and case resolutions in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex technical or billing issues to appropriate internal departments.
- Proactively inform customers about energy usage tips, new offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high quality and customer satisfaction standards.
