Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Basic proficiency in English for internal communication.
  • Valid EU passport or national ID.
  • Passion for customer service excellence and representing a premium brand.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage customers with empathy, patience, and clarity.
  • Self-discipline to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Previous experience in customer support or Food & Beverage roles is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to Dutch-speaking customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.
  • Assist customers with product-related questions, including coffee blends, brewing equipment, and subscription services.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively to uphold the brand's premium reputation.
  • Process customer orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges using internal CRM and order management systems.
  • Educate customers on new product launches, seasonal promotions, and loyalty programmes.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate departments while maintaining ownership of the customer journey.
  • Record all customer interactions with accuracy in accordance with data protection and quality assurance policies.
