- Reliable home office setup with a stable internet connection.
- Prior experience in customer support or client-facing roles is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of service excellence.
- Accurately assess and resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and operational issues within defined service level agreements and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain detailed and precise records of all customer interactions within the company's CRM system, ensuring full compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations, technical, and escalations teams to ensure swift and effective resolution of complex customer cases.
- Proactively identify recurring customer issues and communicate insights to team leaders and quality assurance teams to drive continuous service improvement.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs, including customer satisfaction scores, first-contact resolution rates, and response time targets.
