Requirements
- Fully fluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual).
- Proven background in sales.
- Personal computer or laptop.
- Noise-canceling headset.
- Dedicated quiet workspace.
- Wired internet connection to modem is recommended.
- Previous experience in a legal, administrative, or intake support role is preferred.
- Experience in a personal injury law firm is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to new processes and changing priorities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Collaborative mindset and effective team communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with file creation for newly signed cases to ensure all client documentation is accurate and organized.
- Coordinate client services by scheduling appointments and facilitating connections with approved medical providers.
- Prepare and send case-related documentation, including termination and disengagement letters.
- Draft and manage emails and communications across different departments, providers, and team members.
- Support the intake department with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Maintain strict compliance with firm procedures and confidentiality standards.
