Requirements

  • Fully fluent in English and Spanish (Bilingual).
  • Proven background in sales.
  • Personal computer or laptop.

  • Previous experience in a legal, administrative, or intake support role is preferred.
  • Experience in a personal injury law firm is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.

  • Collaborative mindset and effective team communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with file creation for newly signed cases to ensure all client documentation is accurate and organized.
  • Coordinate client services by scheduling appointments and facilitating connections with approved medical providers.
  • Prepare and send case-related documentation, including termination and disengagement letters.
  • Draft and manage emails and communications across different departments, providers, and team members.
  • Support the intake department with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain strict compliance with firm procedures and confidentiality standards.
