- Proven track record of driving innovation in marketing services and product offerings.
- Skilled at leading high-performing teams through change, growth, and complexity.
- Exceptional communicator capable of strategic conversations with C-level executives.
- Analytical, data-informed, and adept at leveraging technology and metrics for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive the strategic vision for service operations aligned with market demand and company growth.
- Lead product and service innovation efforts based on market feedback and industry trends.
- Partner with the executive team to align operations with sales, marketing, and finance.
- Represent the company in high-profile industry engagements and client discussions.
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery across media, brand, enrollment strategy, creative, SEO, CRM, web, and analytics.
- Establish KPIs and systems to measure delivery quality, resource utilization, and profitability.
- Continuously improve operational systems, tools, and workflows to streamline delivery and enhance speed-to-impact.
