  • Exceptional communicator capable of strategic conversations with C-level executives.
  • Analytical, data-informed, and adept at leveraging technology and metrics for improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the strategic vision for service operations aligned with market demand and company growth.
  • Lead product and service innovation efforts based on market feedback and industry trends.
  • Partner with the executive team to align operations with sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Represent the company in high-profile industry engagements and client discussions.
  • Oversee end-to-end service delivery across media, brand, enrollment strategy, creative, SEO, CRM, web, and analytics.
  • Establish KPIs and systems to measure delivery quality, resource utilization, and profitability.
  • Continuously improve operational systems, tools, and workflows to streamline delivery and enhance speed-to-impact.
