In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia the standard base pay range for this role is $31.00 - $49.40 hourly.

Requirements
- Minimum of three years of experience in a full cycle, B2B sales role.
- Proven experience using structured sales methodologies such as Challenger or SPIN Selling.
- Demonstrated track record of strategically managing a book of 500+ accounts.
- Proven track record of sales success in a frontline, quota-carrying role.
- Demonstrated expertise in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Experience achieving higher quotas from longer sales cycle accounts with larger deals.
- Proficiency in leveraging CRM and engagement tools to optimize workflows.
- Experience selling virtually and in-person, including managing executive-level presentations.
- Ability to travel 10 - 15% of the time.
- Experience carrying a $1M+ annual quota through selling multiple products.
- Southeast based candidates only.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of 500+ accounts and consistently achieve monthly/quarterly quotas.
- Build and maintain strong pipeline coverage through outbound prospecting, referrals, and territory plays.
- Deliver value-aligned sales conversations using structured discovery to uncover client pain and business outcomes.
- Partner across the customer lifecycle to improve activation, minimize churn, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Maintain high CRM accuracy and utilize tools like Gong and Tableau to strengthen deal strategy.
- Deliver accurate forecasts, surface risk early, and maintain multiple paths to quota.
