Requirements
- 3+ years of high-volume transactional sales experience.
- 3+ years of direct closing experience in high-volume, short sales cycle environments.
- Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and consistently close deals.
- Experience selling service-based offerings to inbound and warm leads.
- Experience with CRM management and pipeline tracking.
- Excellent communication skills over phone and video conference in Spanish and English.
- Ability to present complex information clearly.
- Self-sufficient and capable of managing own time and sales pipeline.
- Routine driven and open to learning new sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Execute 8 to 12 calls/meetings per day with qualified prospects.
- Educate prospects on LLC Hub's Start-Up Services and compliance offerings.
- Maintain a clear, accurate, and observable pipeline in the CRM.
- Document all interactions with prospects and clients in CRM notes.
- Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to service.
