Requirements
- Background in field strategy, customer success strategy, technical solutions, or product-facing customer roles.
- Track record of translating customer and field signal into structured recommendations for product/GTM.
- Executive presence with experience influencing C-suite customers and senior internal leaders.
- Strong strategic judgment and prioritization skills in complex customer environments.
- Ability to translate technical/product concepts into clear business narratives and reusable guidance.
- Technical literacy sufficient to reason about platform architecture and AI system constraints.
- Working knowledge of large language models, agentic patterns, and production AI system limitations.
- Demonstrated ability to use signals to frame business impact and communicate investment strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for an async, handbook-first environment.
- Experience in regulated environments (security, compliance, auditability) is preferred.
- Experience authoring technical frameworks, maturity models, or reference architectures is preferred.
- Familiarity with platform engineering, developer portals, or self-managed deployment patterns is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the FDE lead to define and evolve the portfolio of strategic accounts and initiatives.
- Build and maintain investment criteria including platform/DAP adoption potential and strategic churn risk.
- Write engagement briefs outlining strategic hypotheses, success measures, and paths to scale.
- Define reusable outputs such as reference architectures, adoption playbooks, and on-the-truck guides.
- Turn field-proven approaches into repeatable motions for CS, PS, and CX Engineering teams.
- Synthesize customer engagements into structured input for Product roadmap and AI prioritization.
- Advise executive leadership on strategic shifts and investment priorities based on field patterns.
