Job Details

3–6 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Forward Deployed, Implementation, or Solutions Engineer.
Hands-on experience writing and debugging code (Python, JavaScript, or low-code integrations).
Proven track record leading enterprise software implementations or integrations involving APIs, CRMs, or telephony.
Experience or deep interest in AI/ML, specifically conversational AI or LLM-based systems.
Fluent in English and German.
Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
Experience integrating telephony providers, SIP, or contact center systems (Preferred).
Background in LLM prompting, AI orchestration, or intelligent automation (Preferred).
Familiarity with enterprise post-sales success frameworks such as adoption and value realization (Preferred).

Lead end-to-end implementation of Synthflow’s AI phone agent platform for enterprise customers from solution design to go-live.
Collaborate with customer engineering, operations, and success teams to align deployments with business objectives.
Develop and maintain integrations with CRMs, telephony systems, and workflow automation tools.
Proactively identify optimization opportunities to guide customers toward meaningful business outcomes.
Act as the technical voice of the customer, translating needs into actionable product insights for engineering teams.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent technical issues to ensure production reliability.
Create technical resources and playbooks to improve implementations and enable customer self-sufficiency.
Contribute to account growth and renewal by driving strong adoption.
