Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in software engineering, automation, or related roles.
- Strong background in RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Step Functions, IAM).
- Proven experience building or working with LLM-powered agents.
- Experience with LangGraph, Strands, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of APIs, event-driven systems, and workflow orchestration.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) preferred.
- AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty highly valued.
- AWS Certified Developer – Associate preferred.
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or equivalent nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Lead migration of legacy RPA solutions into agent-based architectures.
- Design and develop AI agents using LangGraph, Strands, or similar frameworks.
- Build and deploy agent workflows on AWS (Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, API Gateway).
- Orchestrate multi-step workflows with memory, state, and tool usage.
- Integrate with enterprise systems (CRM, ATS, ERP, APIs, databases).
- Improve reliability, observability, and cost efficiency of automation pipelines.
- Partner with business and product teams to identify automation opportunities.
