Requirements
- 7+ years of total experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, or a closely adjacent function.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Demonstrated experience scoping and launching net-new teams or programs (0→1).
- Proficiency with SQL or equivalent analytical depth for data-driven problem solving.
- Practical experience deploying AI tools (LLMs, agents, copilots) into operational workflows.
- Proven ability to simplify messy, ambiguous problems into clear problem statements and action plans.
- Strong people leadership skills with a focus on hiring and talent development.
- Experience working across cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations.
- High standards for output quality and willingness to operate with autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complex issues from the ground up by working directly with support, tax configurations, and data systems.
- Structure ambiguous problems into clear action plans, quantitative impact assessments, and recommendations.
- Manage strategic programs end-to-end across engineering, product, operations, and revenue stakeholders.
- Launch and lead new teams, including defining missions, hiring, and building scalable processes.
- Design workflow and process engineering solutions using an AI-first approach.
- Set clear expectations, provide feedback, and develop high-performing team members.
