- Earn the trust of our Partners and build in-depth relationships by maintaining a complete understanding of their business goals and objectives across various stakeholders
- Consult on our Partners’ payroll business by investigating the root cause of blockers, outlining and selling Partners on the appropriate strategies to unblock inefficiencies and revenue
- Create strategic execution plans while acting as a trusted advisor
- Execute all phases of the post-sales Partner lifecycle, including launch, milestone setting and renewal negotiations
- Outline mutual success metrics/KPIs with our Partners that align their and Check’s revenue/growth goals
- Develop, execute, and maintain a communication cadence with your portfolio of Partners
- Inform cross-functional counterparts on focus areas relative to Partner needs and pain points
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build appropriate communication plans
- Introduce and implement new products and features to your Partners, evaluate their success, and navigate feedback channels
