Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, or other fast-paced, analytical, and execution-oriented environments.
- Strong preference for experience in top-tier consulting or similarly rigorous strategy roles.
- Proven ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, delivering measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation.
- Exceptional executive communication skills, including creation of high-quality presentations, memos, and decision-support materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive execution without formal authority.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with experience managing multiple competing priorities.
- High comfort level working in ambiguity and rapidly evolving environments.
- Experience designing systems, processes, or operating mechanisms that improve organizational execution and transparency.
- Familiarity with AI tools to support research, analysis, synthesis, and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, translating high-level priorities into structured workplans, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop executive-level materials including presentations, strategy documents, analyses, and recommendations that support informed decision-making.
- Lead and execute high-priority cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams and do not fall within a single organizational function.
- Drive execution of the strategic plan by coordinating priorities, tracking milestones, and ensuring accountability across workstreams.
- Support business development, partnerships, and growth initiatives by managing coordination, tracking commitments, and ensuring follow-through.
- Anticipate risks, dependencies, and operational constraints, proactively surfacing issues and proposing solutions to maintain execution momentum.
- Build and improve operating rhythms, systems, and processes that enhance visibility, alignment, and organizational effectiveness.
