Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in programme management, project management, PMO leadership, or executive operations.
- Proven experience running PMO governance for complex, capital-intensive infrastructure, construction, or technology programmes.
- Ability to build structure, frameworks, and ownership models in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent executive communication skills with experience producing board-level materials.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Linear, Procore, Jira, or MS Project.
- Strong commercial and operational judgement linking execution to business outcomes.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional partners including Legal, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing senior individual contributors or project managers.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead the PMO across active datacentre, manufacturing, and infrastructure programmes.
- Own integrated master scheduling governance and cross-programme dependency management.
- Drive programme execution from scoping through delivery and closeout.
- Establish programme governance frameworks, reporting cadences, and executive status reporting.
- Manage the operating cadence for senior leadership, including QBRs and strategic planning.
- Partner with Legal, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations to align programme timelines.
- Manage and develop a team of senior project managers.
