Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic operations, business transformation, or similar roles.
- Experience in SaaS or technology-driven organizations.
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with measurable outcomes in high-ambiguity environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities for interpreting data and translating insights into executive-level decisions.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models, including acquisition, retention, expansion, and customer lifecycle dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority.
- Strong executive communication skills with experience synthesizing complex topics for leadership.
- AI-forward mindset with experience leveraging automation, AI tools, or intelligent systems.
- High adaptability and strong ownership mindset in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
