Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership
- Excellent time and process management skills
- Experience developing client-facing reports with actionable insights
- Experience developing and presenting data analyses and business reviews
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Willingness to travel for client-facing events
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for all client day-to-day communication and oversight
- Craft agendas, host weekly meetings, and stay on top of action items for key accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts on business initiatives and product communication
- Project manage catalog updates, marketing campaigns, and ad hoc reporting requests
- Analyze account performance and deliver optimization presentations to stakeholders
- Work with product and engineering on client feedback and issue resolution
- Coordinate with onboarding and implementation teams for new clinic acquisition
- Nurture corporate relationships to drive trust in the Vetcove platform
