Requirements
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in AP and cash management.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience using Coupa, including direct experience as a Coupa Administrator.
- Strong grasp of accounting principles, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing cash flow, banking relationships, and payment operations.
- Experience leading system implementations, upgrades, or process transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Execute accurate and timely cash forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring to ensure liquidity.
- Manage company bank accounts and lead banking relationships.
- Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payments, and vendor operations.
- Serve as the primary Coupa system administrator, managing workflows, user roles, and integrations.
- Supervise, mentor, and train the accounts payable team.
- Establish and maintain internal controls, compliance policies, and streamline P2P processes.
- Perform month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and fluctuation analysis.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including 1099 reporting and state/city filings.
