Requirements

5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Forward Deployed Engineering in a SaaS environment.
Ability to design multi-tier systems from database schema up to UI.
Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/Node.js.
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and authentication protocols (OAuth2).
Practical experience with LLM orchestration (RAG, Prompt Engineering) and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Experience building systems involving AI function calling or tool use.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical architecture into business value.
Experience in technical documentation and creating reusable code.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain the "Gold Standard" demo environment, including system architecture, database schemas, and API layers.
Build functional user interfaces and dashboards to demonstrate AI processes for non-technical stakeholders.
Create modular, scalable "click-to-deploy" demo sandboxes for use across different industry verticals.
Automate data flows between marketing and sales systems using tools like Gumloop, Zapier, or Workato.
Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery, integration, and navigating high-value account technical blockers.
Lead technical reviews and defend solution scalability, database integrity, and security with customer CTOs and Security Officers.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide feedback loops and ensure AI-readiness.
Implement governance checkpoints to ensure safe and reliable demo content.
