Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Solution Architect.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer working with enterprise customers.
  • Proven track record supporting technology sales processes and articulating business benefits to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of modern data technologies including Iceberg, Spark, NiFi, Jupyter Notebooks, Cloudera, Databricks, Kubeflow, MLFlow, Kafka, and Debezium.
  • Experience designing and building solutions across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD principles.
  • Experience architecting data pipelines and infrastructure for AI/ML at scale.
  • Hands-on programming experience with Python, Java, Scala, Go, and SQL.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
  • Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to articulate NX1 capabilities, define solution options, and identify modernization opportunities.
  • Propose solution architecture and articulate the benefits of NX1 for complex data-driven workloads.
  • Oversee initial customer onboarding ensuring automation, repeatability, and standardization.
  • Contribute to product roadmap, prioritization, and architecture definition as a key product stakeholder.
  • Work with Product and Architecture teams to implement new Control Plane features.
  • Develop standards, patterns, best practices, and formal training for internal and client-facing teams.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on data analytics tools.
