Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Solution Architect.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer working with enterprise customers.
- Proven track record supporting technology sales processes and articulating business benefits to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of modern data technologies including Iceberg, Spark, NiFi, Jupyter Notebooks, Cloudera, Databricks, Kubeflow, MLFlow, Kafka, and Debezium.
- Experience designing and building solutions across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD principles.
- Experience architecting data pipelines and infrastructure for AI/ML at scale.
- Hands-on programming experience with Python, Java, Scala, Go, and SQL.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
- Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to articulate NX1 capabilities, define solution options, and identify modernization opportunities.
- Propose solution architecture and articulate the benefits of NX1 for complex data-driven workloads.
- Oversee initial customer onboarding ensuring automation, repeatability, and standardization.
- Contribute to product roadmap, prioritization, and architecture definition as a key product stakeholder.
- Work with Product and Architecture teams to implement new Control Plane features.
- Develop standards, patterns, best practices, and formal training for internal and client-facing teams.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on data analytics tools.
